Overtake the ball

This is one simple drill.

Coach rolls the ball and player has to overtake it while:

  • he’s standing,
  • he’s sitting,
  • he’s lieing on stomach,
  • he’s lieing on back.

Goal: Player improves his speed and movement which is very important later in the game.
