Coach throws a ball to setter.

Setter sets a ball to zone 2 or zone 4.

On the other side of net, players have to read a combination and perform block with two players.

Hitters have to try to beat two blockers.

Player in zone 1 should defend a field.

After attack, hitter goes for a defensive position and player that defends a field goes in zone 4 for attack.

Catch-and-attackCoach throws ball high on the other side of the net, and player has to run fast and stop the ball touch a floor.

After he make it, he passes the ball to setter for counter attack.

Setter sets the ball to zone 4 and zone 2.Player that attacks has to beat one player in block.

After attack finishes, player that runs for the ball goes for attacking position, player that attacks, goes to block and blocker goes for a running.

Win-five-big-points1I know this seems a little bit complicated, but it’s not. Just read the explanation and everything will be clearer:

First team serves constanly to second team.

First team have all posibilities for attack (zone 2, zone 3, zone 4, zone 6). Team should win a point.

When first team finishes their attack, coach throws a ball high to setter in the other team. Setter should set high ball to zones 2, 4 and 6 so the players in first team can perform block with three players.

Hard to win a point

Hard-to-win-a-pointOn one side of the net, setter spikes the ball to libero.

Libero passes the ball to setter and setter sets to zone 2 for opposite hitter. Opposite hitter should win the point against two players in block.

When attack is finished, on the other side of net attack begins.

On the other side setter spikes the ball to libero.

Throw, block and receive

Throw,-block-and-receivePlayer throws the ball high over his head.

Then runs fast and perfomes block in zone 2.

After blocking, player runs fast at previous position and passes a ball to coach.

Coach performes spike and player should succesfully receive the ball.

Later on, coach can be positioned in zone 3, instead of zone 4, so the drill can be performed easier.
