Block and play good defense
This drill perform players one by one.
Player in zone 5 runs to the net and performs block.
After that he runs back to play good defense.
Coach spikes from zone 2 and player has to defend and pass the ball into the basket.
After first player finishes the drill, next in line takes his place.
All by yourself
This drill performs each player by himself. It looks easy but the players need to concentrate really good, cause it’s not easy as it seems.
Player throws the ball high, near 3 m line.
After throwing the ball, player performs block and then moves fast to catch up the ball and set it into the basket.
This drill can be performed on any court and by any player who like to improve his accuracy.
Take the ball and set
Before the player serves, setter jumps to perform block and take one ball from the coach that stands on the chair.
Server performs the serve.
Two passers should receive serve succesfully and pass the ball to setter.
Setter sets the ball into the basket.
After setting, setter once again performs the block.
Improve defence positioning
This drills is very similar to opponents attack.
Coach performs the spike.
Player 3 defends the field and passes the ball to setter. Setter performs the back set to coach while he spikes again toward player 1.
The same action repeats.
Serve and set into the basket
This is the setting volleyball drill.
One player from each side of net performs the serve.
Two players receive the serve.
The defensive players pass the ball to zone 3.
Player that have served runs to zone 3 and set the received ball into the basket in zone 4.
Spike and set the ball into the basket
This is simple counter-attacking volleyball drill.
The same situations could happen in the game so the players should be prepared.
One player spikes the ball to zone 4.
Player in zone 4 should receive the ball and leave it in the court.
Player from zone 1 runs to zone 3 and sets the ball into the basket. 
Attack from all positions
Coach throws the ball high to passer.
Passer passes the ball to setter.
Setter can perform any combination he wants. He can set the ball to zone 1, zone 3, zone 6 and zone 4, allowing players to attack from all positions.
On the other side of net players try to perform block with two or three players. With two defensive players, blockers should defend the court.
