Spike and set the ball into the basket
This is simple counter-attacking volleyball drill.
The same situations could happen in the game so the players should be prepared.
One player spikes the ball to zone 4.
Player in zone 4 should receive the ball and leave it in the court.
Player from zone 1 runs to zone 3 and sets the ball into the basket.
Perform the attack and couner-attack
One player performs the serve.
Outside hitter passes the ball to setter who sets the ball to either outside hitter, middle blocker or opposite hitter.
On the other side of the net, player in the middle needs to move fast to help his teammates making block.
When attack has finished, coach immediately throws the ball to libero for counter attack.
Beat two blockers in counter-attack
Coach throws the ball for a counter attack.
Libero or some other player in the field passes the ball to setter.
Setter sets the ball either to outside hitter, middle blocker or opposite hitter.
On the other side of the net players have to make block with two players. Two players are near the sideline and the middle one need to move right or left to help making good block.
Attackers have to beat block and win a point.
One player and middle hitter

Win five big points
I know this seems a little bit complicated, but it’s not. Just read the explanation and everything will be clearer:
First team serves constanly to second team.
First team have all posibilities for attack (zone 2, zone 3, zone 4, zone 6). Team should win a point.
When first team finishes their attack, coach throws a ball high to setter in the other team. Setter should set high ball to zones 2, 4 and 6 so the players in first team can perform block with three players.
Two times quickly
Player receives serve and passes the ball to setter.
Setter sets the ball to zone 4 for attack.
Afrer attack, coach throws ball to setter, and he setts the ball again to zone 4 for counter-attack.
